WMUR Covers Vote Adjustments' First Poll
NH Primary Source: New poll shows Lewandowski leading Republican US Senate primary race
LEWANDOWSKI LEADS. A new poll, unaffiliated with any of the involved candidates, shows that while half of likely voters in next year’s Republican U.S. Senate primary are undecided, most of those who have made up their minds support President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski.
The poll of 402 registered likely Republican primary voters, conducted Sept. 5 and 6, has Lewandowski, a Windham resident who has not yet formally announced a candidacy, the favorite of 29 percent.
Lewandowski is followed by retired Brig. Gen. Donald Bolduc of Stratham, with 9 percent. Former New Hampshire House Speaker Bill O’Brien is favored by 6 percent of those polled, while the newest entrant into the race, attorney Corky Messner of Wolfeboro, received 2 percent.
